User Accounts and Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Billing

Free Trial

Free trial users receive limited SMS credits. Trial accounts may have restrictions on features and usage limits.

Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues.

SMS delivery depends on carrier networks and recipient devices. We cannot guarantee delivery to all recipients or delivery timing.

Usage Limits

• Daily and monthly sending limits apply based on your plan
• Rate limiting may be applied to prevent abuse
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for excessive usage

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or abusive use of our Service
• Threat to system security or other users

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
